Welcome to Leslie Orange, Corp., a leading provider of handyman services. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service and to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. To help achieve this goal, we have established the following terms and conditions, which apply to all services provided by Leslie Orange, Corp.
Service Agreement By engaging the services of Leslie Orange, Corp., you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time. Leslie Orange, Corp. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and your use of the services provided by Leslie Orange, Corp. constitutes your agreement to be bound by any such changes.
Service Description Leslie Orange, Corp. provides a range of handyman services, including but not limited to home repairs, maintenance and renovations. Our services are designed to be performed in a timely, efficient and professional manner, and we take pride in the quality of our workmanship. However, we cannot guarantee that all services will be performed to your complete satisfaction, and we accept no liability for any damages or losses that may result from the use of our services.
Service Costs Leslie Orange, Corp. will provide you with an estimate of the cost of the services you require, which will be based on the time and materials required to complete the work. You agree to pay the full amount of the estimate, as well as any additional costs incurred in the course of performing the services, at the time of completion. Leslie Orange, Corp. reserves the right to change the estimate if the scope of the work changes or if additional services are required.
Payment Terms Payment for services rendered is due in full upon completion of the work. Leslie Orange, Corp. accepts payment by cash, check or credit card. If payment is not received within 30 days of the completion of the work, Leslie Orange, Corp. reserves the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at a rate of 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
Refund Policy Leslie Orange, Corp. has a zero-refund policy. No refunds will be given for services already performed.
Liability Leslie Orange, Corp. accepts no liability for any damages or losses that may result from the use of its services, including but not limited to damages to property, personal injury or death. You agree to release Leslie Orange, Corp. from any and all claims arising from the use of its services, and to indemnify Leslie Orange, Corp. against any and all losses, damages or expenses arising from such claims.
Dispute Resolution In the event of any dispute arising from the use of Leslie Orange, Corp.’s services, the parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute through negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, the dispute may be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
